Although Tyson didn't have a full season under Sanders at Colorado, their brief time together was impactful. Tyson was part of the Buffaloes during the spring when Sanders first took the helm. However, he ultimately entered the transfer portal and chose to commit to Arizona State. In his one season with the Buffaloes, Tyson played in nine games, amassing 22 receptions for 470 yards and four touchdowns.
