Yolanda Hadid's $10.88M Farm Is Back on the Market—What Shocking Secrets Lurk Inside?

Yolanda Hadid, former star of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” is providing prospective buyers with another opportunity to own her cherished lavender farm in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. After a previous sale fell through, Hadid has re-listed the property at an unchanged asking price of $10.88 million. In a poetic Instagram post to her 3.6 million followers, she framed the situation as fate, suggesting that perhaps this setback was a blessing in disguise.
Hadid, 61, first discovered this historic 32-acre estate in 2017 during a retreat and was quick to establish it as her home base, conveniently located near her children in New York. Originally hitting the market last September, the property features a historic compound dating back to 1682. After an early offer collapsed, Hadid opted to quietly shelve the listing until now.
In her Instagram announcement, she expressed gratitude for the extra time she has spent at the farm, stating, “When the Farm fell out of escrow last year, I chose to see it as a gift … more sunsets, more time, more moments, more meaning.” This sense of appreciation is echoed in her recent actions; she has planted over 3,000 new lavender plants as a commitment to the land, underscoring her belief in “perfect timing.”
Hadid purchased this estate for $4 million shortly after her divorce from music producer David Foster. Over the years, she has devoted considerable effort to transforming the property into a sanctuary for her family. “I probably touched every inch of the farm,” she previously told the Wall Street Journal.
At the heart of the estate is a charming 1810 stone farmhouse that features three bedrooms and five fireplaces. The property also includes three adorable guest cottages and an 8,000-square-foot barn, equipped with 14 horse stalls, a dressage arena, a resort-style pool, vegetable gardens, and even a meditation labyrinth. The estate has served as a retreat for the Hadid family, where supermodel daughters Bella and Gigi have regularly trained and ridden horses.
During the COVID-19 lockdowns, the family reportedly found solace at the farm, bonding over lavender planting and distilling homemade oil together. “It’s where we can all come and feel like ourselves again,” Gigi Hadid told Elle in 2019.
Looking ahead, Hadid is not moving far; she has already secured a nearby mansion for $4.25 million, which is reportedly undergoing extensive renovations. This relocation keeps her close to her daughter Gigi, her granddaughter Khai, and Gigi’s boyfriend, Bradley Cooper, who also purchased a gentleman’s farm in the area for $6.5 million in 2023.
New Hope, where Hadid's estate is located, has increasingly become a celebrity enclave, with notable figures like Leonardo DiCaprio, Justin and Hailey Bieber, Sydney Sweeney, Taylor Swift, and Julianne Moore frequently spotted in the area.
As she relaunches the listing for her beloved lavender farm, Hadid emphasizes the magic that permeates the property. “This kind of magic, you don’t own — you simply get to be a part of its story,” she stated, inviting the next owner to continue its legacy.
The listing is being handled by Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass and Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe Real Estate.
