Netta Rager Dan Shocks Tech World as She Joins Novee—What This Could Mean for AI Security!

In a significant move within the cybersecurity sector, Netta Rager Dan has been appointed as the Vice President of Product at Novee Security. In her new role, Netta will lead the company’s product strategy and execution, with a focused aim on scaling Novee’s revolutionary AI Agents platform. This cutting-edge platform is designed to conduct autonomous penetration testing, often referred to as AI Red Teaming, which uncovers complex security vulnerabilities that traditional methods frequently overlook.

Netta brings more than a decade of experience in product leadership and data strategy, particularly in complex cybersecurity environments. Prior to her tenure at Novee, she served key roles at Medigate and Claroty, the latter of which followed its acquisition of Medigate. She joined Medigate during its formative years and was instrumental in building the product that ultimately defined the Healthcare IoT security category for global healthcare organizations.

Her journey continued at Claroty, where she ascended to the position of Senior Director of Product Management. In this capacity, she led the Product Group for the xDome, a Cyber Physical Systems security solution that garnered recognition as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. Her leadership involved managing cross-functional teams and overseeing the delivery of critical capabilities in threat detection, exposure management, and network security management.

Netta's career began as a Product Analyst at Wix, where she honed her skills in building large-scale, data-driven products. Her academic credentials include an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University, where she also contributed as a teaching assistant.

In conjunction with Netta's appointment, Novee Security has also named Nir Waintrob as the new Head of Customer Success. In this role, Nir will oversee the company’s customer support and engagement efforts. He brings with him extensive experience in customer service, having served as VP of Global Customer Success at CyCognito for over five years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the company's rapid growth, building and managing global customer success teams. His prior experience also includes customer service and support roles at Check Point and Forcepoint.

Novee Security, founded in 2025 by Ido Geffen (CEO), Gon Chalamish (CPO), and Omer Ninburg (CTO), has already made waves in the industry. Within just four months of its inception, the company secured a remarkable $51.5 million seed funding round, marking one of the swiftest funding cycles in the cybersecurity sector.
