You Won't Believe Why Colts Fans Say Their Gameday Experience is the BEST in the NFL!

The Indianapolis Colts have scored big with fans, earning the coveted title of having the best gameday experience in the NFL for family-oriented entertainment in 2025. This accolade comes from the league's annual "Voice of the Fan" survey, which gauges fan feedback on various aspects of the game-day experience across all 32 teams.
In addition to their top ranking in family entertainment, the Colts achieved impressive marks in several other categories, landing in the top five for overall gameday satisfaction, overall arrival satisfaction, overall departure satisfaction, overall security satisfaction, halftime entertainment, and food and beverage value. Specifically, they were ranked:
- No. 1 in family-oriented entertainment
- No. 3 in overall gameday satisfaction
- No. 4 in overall arrival satisfaction
- No. 5 in overall departure satisfaction
- No. 5 in overall security satisfaction
- No. 5 in halftime entertainment
- No. 5 in food & beverage value
Colts Vice President of Marketing Stephanie Pemberton expressed pride in the recognition, stating, "We are honored to be recognized by our fans as a top-tier gameday experience. We believe in the power of football to entertain, inspire and unite, and we strive to ensure Colts gamedays provide an opportunity for fans of all ages to make memories that will last a lifetime."
The Colts have designed a variety of family-friendly experiences at Lucas Oil Stadium. Among these are kid-focused activities in American Family Insurance Touchdown Town, where children can engage in sign-making and face-painting, thanks to support from Central Indiana Toyota Dealers. Young fans can also receive complimentary Colts coloring books, first-game certificates, and birthday buttons, alongside enjoying value-priced kids meals.
For nursing mothers, the stadium is equipped with three Mamava lactation stations and a dedicated mother's room, ensuring a comfortable environment for families. In addition, sensory kits and a sensory room are available for fans with sensory accessibility needs, further enhancing the venue's family-oriented atmosphere.
No gameday experience is complete without the antics of the Colts’ beloved mascot, Blue, who has won the NFL's Mascot of the Year award four times. Blue's pregame, halftime, and timeout performances keep both kids and adults entertained. In 2025, he brought back the popular "Mascots versus Peewees" event during the halftime of the Colts' Week 2 game against the Denver Broncos.
Throughout the 2025 season, the Colts introduced a different theme for each of their eight regular-season home games. These themes included the late owner and CEO Jim Irsay's Ring of Honor induction (Week 1), White Out (Week 2), Kicking The Stigma (Week 5), Indiana Nights (Week 16), and the Regular Season Finale (Week 17), along with annual NFL events such as Crucial Catch, Salute To Service, and My Cause, My Cleats.
The "Voice of the Fan" survey serves as a vital benchmarking tool for the NFL, measuring both season ticket member experiences and general gameday satisfaction by collecting fan feedback throughout the regular season. This critical evaluation helps teams refine their stadium operations, hospitality, and entertainment options.
As the Colts continue to focus on enhancing the gameday experience, their commitment to family-friendly entertainment and fan satisfaction sets a high standard within the league. This recognition not only highlights their efforts but also reflects the growing trend in sports toward creating inclusive and memorable experiences for all fans.
