You Won't Believe What Vistancia's Skymark Unveiling Reveals About Your Dream Home!

PHOENIX — A new residential community is set to make waves in the Valley as Shea Homes unveils Skymark at Northpointe this Saturday. Located in northern Peoria, the development will offer prospective buyers a unique opportunity to tour various homes in the area.

Skymark will feature five model homes showcasing nine distinct floor plans, ranging from 2,185 to 3,507 square feet. The homes are competitively priced, starting in the mid-$600,000s and going up to the mid-$800,000s.

The unveiling event, dubbed “Tour Above It All,” runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will allow attendees to explore 15 model and quick move-in homes throughout the community, conveniently located near Sonoran View Drive and Vistancia Boulevard. The event promises not only a chance to view homes but also offers food trucks, refreshments, giveaways, and activities for the whole family.

Beyond the new Skymark models, the community of Vistancia presents additional options for homebuyers. Attendees can also tour homes built by other prominent builders. Among them, David Weekley Homes will have two models available, featuring seven different floor plans ranging from 2,371 to 2,985 square feet, priced in the mid-$700,000s.

Additionally, Pulte Homes will showcase five models with seven floor plans, with sizes between 1,730 and 2,821 square feet, starting in the low-$500,000s. For those looking for something more exclusive, Ridgecrest, a Trilogy Boutique Community, will offer three models featuring 10 floor plans ranging from 1,649 to 3,040 square feet.
