Since its inception in 2018, Vievé has primarily focused on functional hydration with its protein water. However, Rozenson sees these new bars as a complementary product for health-conscious individuals, especially those on GLP-1 medications, as research indicates that about 50% of their customers use Vievé products as part of a weight loss regime.

Rozenson expressed enthusiasm about the uniqueness of their offerings: "We are really excited to launch these products as they really are unlike anything else seen in the category." He emphasized the importance of fiber, noting that many consumers do not get enough in their diets. "Upping fiber levels in our protein bars was vital, and we've created something that contains a third of the daily requirement," he added. Maintaining low sugar levels was also a significant priority to align with health goals.
