I read it, then I forgot about everything, because in the table read... we weren't able to take the script, keep it, or even get it in an email." He joked that his tendency to forget details helped them keep the show's secrets under wraps. Finn chimed in, noting that they only read the script just before filming the episode, which heightened the intensity of their final months together on set.

"You go through the full range of like, you're excited, you're frustrated, you're happy, you're bored – everything you can imagine, and then at the end it's really bittersweet," he shared. "It was everything."

"In a way, the idea of starting in January, finishing in December, it's a whole year, it's circular," he noted. "It worked. It was kind of amazing that ultimately the experience that we got for the final season." Maya Hawke, who portrays Robin Buckley, reflected on her last day of filming with a sense of "grief and gratitude." Joe reinforced the sentiment, acknowledging the unique opportunity to be part of a project that spanned a decade, sharing it with people he genuinely liked.
“It’ll be crazy someday to go back and watch the show with your kids or your friends' kids and to see the way you grew and changed,” Maya added, highlighting the lasting impact the series has had on their lives.
