The NBA All-Star Game is taking a bold new direction this year, introducing a USA vs. World competition format for the first time. Is that competition?”

As the All-Star Weekend unfolds, the Knicks are also making their mark beyond the main event. Karl-Anthony Towns, an All-Star for the third year running and averaging 19.8 points and 11.9 rebounds per game, will be representing the World team despite being born in New Jersey. Towns is part of the Dominican Republic national team, showcasing the global talent that the NBA has cultivated.
