Logan Tomovski secured a crucial win in three sets, while Felipe De La Hormaza benefited from an opponent retirement in the second set, adding two victories to the Govs' tally. Despite these efforts, it wasn’t enough to clinch an overall victory for Austin Peay, leaving the final score at 4-3 in favor of Alabama A&M.
