Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited, a prominent hospitality and lifestyle group in China, recently released its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. This update reveals significant growth across various operational metrics, emphasizing Atour's expanding footprint and robust revenue performance in a competitive market.
As of December 31, 2025, Atour has expanded its operations to include a total of 2,015 hotels and 224,423 hotel rooms, marking impressive year-over-year increases of 24.5% in the number of hotels and 22.5% in available rooms. Furthermore, the company has 779 manachised hotels currently under development, indicating a strong pipeline for future growth.
Financially, the company's performance reflects a solid rebound in the hospitality sector. For the fourth quarter of 2025, Atour reported net revenues of RMB2,788 million (approximately US$399 million), a remarkable increase of 33.8% compared to RMB2,084 million in the same quarter of 2024. Full-year net revenues reached RMB9,790 million (around US$1,400 million), a growth of 35.1% from RMB7,248 million in 2024.
Net income for the fourth quarter surged by 44.7% to RMB478 million (about US$68 million), up from RMB331 million in 2024. For the entire year of 2025, net income also increased, rising 27.4% to reach RMB1,621 million (approximately US$232 million) compared to RMB1,273 million the prior year.
Adjusted figures—excluding certain expenses—paint an even more optimistic picture. Adjusted net income for the fourth quarter climbed 48.0% to RMB493 million (around US$71 million), and annual adjusted net income rose 34.2% to RMB1,753 million (approximately US$251 million).
Another key metric, EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization), showed impressive growth as well. The company's EBITDA for Q4 2025 was RMB697 million (around US$100 million), marking a significant 58.4% increase from RMB440 million in Q4 2024. In total, EBITDA for the year reached RMB2,349 million (about US$336 million), signaling a 35.1% rise year-over-year.
Despite the positive financial outlook, some challenges remain. The average daily room rate (ADR) for Q4 2025 was RMB426, marginally up from RMB420 in the same period of 2024, but down from RMB447 in Q3 2025. The occupancy rate saw a slight decline to 76.1% from 77.0% in Q4 2024, and the revenue per available room (RevPAR) also dipped slightly to RMB336, compared to RMB337 the previous year.
In addition to its hotel operations, Atour's retail segment demonstrated remarkable growth, achieving revenues of RMB3,671 million (approximately US$525 million) for the full year, reflecting a 67.0% increase year-over-year. This segment's expansion is attributed to successful product innovation and an increasing brand recognition, showcasing Atour's commitment to diversifying its offerings.
Haijun Wang, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Atour, remarked, “2025 marked the completion of our ‘Chinese Experience, 2,000 Premier Hotels’ strategic initiative. We achieved our target of '2,000 Premier Hotels' while reinforcing our competitive advantages through differentiated product positioning.” He added that as they enter 2026, Atour has launched a new three-year strategic plan focused on “Chinese Experience, Brand-Led Excellence” aimed at delivering human-centered experiences.
Looking ahead, Atour anticipates continued growth, projecting net revenues to increase by 20% to 24% in 2026 compared to 2025. This outlook reflects not only the company's strong performance but also a broader recovery trend within the hospitality industry as travel demands continue to normalize post-pandemic.
With strategic expansion underway and a diversified business model, Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited is poised for an optimistic future, reflecting both resilience and adaptability in a rapidly evolving market.
