Barber: Find an agent first. Then, where to train and take that process. At Florida, the nutritionist put me on a regimented diet, and I have to try to keep that going.

He noted that his rehab after the injury was extensive but effective, helping him regain full strength and confidence for the recent season. "I was 100% healthy this past season and right now," he stated.

Growing up a fan in Jacksonville, he felt a strong connection to the program and made a quick decision to join when the opportunity arose. "It was a quick decision. My family is very family-oriented. It’s about the journey," Barber reflected.

Barber: You build a bond that’s unbreakable with the entire room. It’s very important.

"If you go there and play well against the best of the best, it’ll ultimately help you," he said, highlighting the challenge and opportunity that such events present for rising stars.
