Bethenny Frankel’s Shocking Beauty Tool Accident: Watch Her Slice Open Her Face in THIS Viral Video!

Bethenny Frankel, the former star of “Real Housewives of New York City,” recently experienced a frightening incident while experimenting with a beauty tool she had purchased from social media. Late Thursday night, she shared the shocking aftermath with her followers, making it clear that the experience was both alarming and painful.
In a video posted on her Instagram, Frankel, 55, was visibly shaken as she held a bloody wipe to her face in an attempt to stop the bleeding from gashes along her jaw. “Oh my God, oh my God!” she exclaimed, her voice filled with distress. The “Skinnygirl” founder explained that she had been using a tool designed to contour her face—an item that had been promoted by someone on social media.
“These balls, they’re supposed to contour your face,” Frankel described. “I grind my teeth and my jaw is pronounced and it hurts, so it would give some relief.” However, the beauty tool presented unforeseen dangers. Frankel noted that she initially mistook the blood for her skin, saying, “I saw red in there and I thought it was my skin.” As she continued to wipe the blood from her face, she displayed the beauty tool, which featured a chipped glass tube. It remains unclear whether the glass was already damaged or if it chipped during her use.
“They’re glass and I was slicing …,” she added, visibly concerned about the possible consequences of her actions. Frankel warned her audience about the risks associated with beauty products promoted online, emphasizing the need for caution. “This is so scary, I was going to go down my neck—I could have sliced my jugular, I’m freaking out!”
After the incident, Frankel shared that she had found a first-aid product that promised to stop the bleeding and help heal her skin quickly. “This happened mid-video. I am fine. I’m just shook. No one said the lord’s work would be easy,” she captioned her video.
This incident isn't the first time Frankel has faced health challenges. Recently, she battled a bacterial infection that left her with a massive rash on her face, which she claimed she contracted from using towels at a St. Barts resort. More concerning, Frankel has been diagnosed with stage 2 kidney disease, which she suspects may stem from a traumatic allergic reaction she experienced years ago. In January, she noted that her condition could potentially be linked to an autoimmune disease. However, last month, she revealed that her condition took a “step in the wrong direction,” as she was now facing stage 3A kidney disease.
With her latest experience, Frankel’s warning resonates more than ever: “Do not believe every person who promotes something.” As consumers, it's crucial to be vigilant about the products we choose to bring into our lives, especially those promoted by influencers on social media. This incident serves as a stark reminder of the potential dangers associated with unverified beauty tools and the importance of thoroughly researching products before use.
