TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Kansas celebrated the artistic talents shaping its cultural landscape at the second annual Governor’s Arts Awards on February 2, 2026. “We are going to celebrate 24 Kansas artists and arts organizations who are making impactful differences all across the state, from rural areas to really big cities,” said Curtis Young, Director of the Kansas Arts Commission.
