In a significant move for the American real estate industry, Bright MLS has appointed Rajeev Sajja as its first chief artificial intelligence officer. On another front, Cloze, a company known for its AI-driven real estate sales and marketing tools, has expanded its leadership team by appointing Stacey Soleil as the head of community. In her new position, Soleil will focus on launching a network of trained, independent consultants aimed at helping brokerages, teams, and agents maximize the value they receive from Cloze's platform. The company has reported that brokerages utilizing Cloze experience an average production increase of 36% when transitioning from other platforms.
