She was a Governor’s Fellow in 2022 and previously served as the program director for AmeriCorps. Further, she has acted as the lead consultant for Homegrown Pathways at the Mesa County Workforce Center. Currently, she is the Colorado manager for Empower Schools, an organization dedicated to collaborating with state agencies, policymakers, public school districts, and community champions across the United States. Their focus is to design, launch, and sustain innovative schools and school systems that aim to provide students with long-term economic mobility.
